For collection at UK stores, please allow three working days from the day of order for your order to arrive in-store. We will email you to let you know when it is ready for collection.
For collection at the Dublin store, please allow between three and ten working days from the day of order for your order to arrive in-store. We will email you to let you know when it is ready for collection.
During public holidays, these periods may vary slightly.
Please bring a print out of your notification email when you collect your order.

In very rare circumstances We may not be able to fulfill Your order. Should We experience any problems with the availability of Your order, We will let You know as soon as possible.
Whilst We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of Your delivery option We may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances and We therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.
Missed Delivery
We will leave a card explaining that Our chosen carrier has attempted to deliver Your goods and that You should arrange an alternative delivery time. You will need to contact the carrier directly to arrange for re-delivery. The carrier’s number can be found on the card. If You do not contact the carrier, they will automatically attempt to re-deliver, usually the next day.
When placing Your order, if You have ticked the box to receive an SMS notification of delivery, a text message will be sent to You on the morning that You are due to receive Your parcel. This will invite a response from You to either confirm the arrangement or to request a deferred delivery day via SMS directly with the carrier. If the carrier does not receive a response the parcel will be delivered according to the delivery option You originally selected.
