Should you return your order to us later than 7 working days of receipt but less than 21 working days of receipt we may, at our sole and unfettered discretion, issue you with a promotional code which can be redeemed soley on our online shop, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and are in their original, undamaged packaging.
Returns received outside the above time frames may be accepted at Our sole and unfettered discretion.

You should check to see that all items listed on the despatch note match those contained in Your package when You receive it. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping costs. For your security and protection and to prevent fraud, all orders packed by us are monitored and recorded by CCTV to ensure that we don't leave anything out of your order.
Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety, We are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty:
• pierced jewellery
• ladies and mens briefs
• swimwear without "hygiene strips" still in place
• pillows
• personal grooming products
• cosmetics and fragrances
Shoes returned without all their original undamaged packaging will not be accepted.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Pack the item(s) You wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging. If You wish to receive a refund please fully complete the Returns Note enclosed in Your parcel. We can only process a return if the Return Note has been fully completed.
United Kingdom returns - attach the postage pre-paid label found on the Returns Note to the outside of the original delivery box. Please ensure that the package is sealed and the label is attached properly. Post the parcel at any Post Office and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in the space provided on the back of the Despatch Note for Your reference.
Eire returns - prior to returning any goods please call Our web customer services department on +44 1932 310290 to discuss the best method of return. The weight of the goods You would like to return will determine this. Please have Your Despatch Note to hand as You will be asked to quote Your Order Number.
Overseas returns (excluding Eire) - if You are an overseas visitor receiving a delivery to a UK or Eire address You must follow the returns process for returning goods from the United Kingdom or Eire as described above as We are unable to accept any returns from customers who have left the United Kingdom or Eire under any circumstances.
Gift Returns - if You return a gift please note the refund will be made to the original card Purchaser. If You wish to exchange a gift, please take the item with Your Despatch Note to Your nearest store.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the Purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by Us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items We deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the right to charge You the cost of the returns delivery when an unwanted product is returned.
We can only exchange Products for the original Purchaser of the goods. Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made by the original payment method within 30 days of Our distribution centre receiving the returned goods in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
